STRAUSS is the head of the competence center Cologne/Rheinland of the LOS!NRW e.V. (Linux Open Source Initiative North Rhine-Westphalia). The aim of this initiative is the professional use of Linux, a charge-free and platform-independent multi-user software system for computers, and the promotion of various open source-solutions in business ventures and public institutions.
